“By the time I was referred to Hoda, I had been through 2 agents and had the house listed for almost a year. Several hurdles came up in that time and I finally had an offer on it to close by the end of June. I flew from overseas to close but only a couple of hours before landing, the … buyer pulled out outside of contingencies. I called Hoda from the airport on June 30th and a few days later, I signed the listing agreement with her. Within days, she had the house staged and ready to sell.
