Rana Zand’s passion for real estate began at a young age, as the daughter of a father who owned an architectural and civil engineering firm. Since she was able to read, she has been drawing plans and blueprints for residential and commercial designs. Today, her vast range of knowledge in the real estate industry, combined with her friendly, positive attitude, is winning over clients who demand the best possible service.

After obtaining her Masters in Business Administration in 2012, Rana earned her real estate license in order to sell the homes her father built. Irreplaceable experience and knowledge were acquired during these transactions; from being part of a home’s acquisition and being involved in each step of its rehabilitation, to reselling the home after it’s completion. Rana soon built relationships with various investors who utilized her help during their acquisition and sale transactions as well.

Soon after, sharing narrated walk-throughs of her listings and open houses on social media (which not only promoted the homes, but also gave her an online presence), an opportunity came to her to work with Airbnb; where she shot commercials for properties all over the country. As a result, Rana now represents Airbnb investors in Southern California when purchasing their investment properties.

The consistency of Rana’s innovative marketing plan increased her business, helping her move up to overseeing luxury listings in some of Orange County’s most elite neighborhoods, where the value of inspired marketing is never overlooked. Now, at The McMonigle Group, Rana’s hard work, determination and dedication have earned her the respected position of, Luxury Home Specialist.

Rana is also passionately involved with animal rescue, and various Southern California animal shelters. Over the past few years, she has been directly responsible for getting 12 dogs and 7 cats adopted by loving homes.
