Todd joined the McMonigle Group team of Real Estate professionals in August 2018. He is part of Agent Inc. Residential and McMonigle Group Commercial sales. He believes that real estate is about change. Change in the lives of those going through the ups and the downs of life. Simply put, his job is to help people change their address. This is done with competency and care for those who have put their trust in him while fulfilling the role as their agent. Nationally respected in the supermarket in-store marketing industry. Spending 25 years traversing positions in sales, marketing and advertising that developed his personal consulting and entrepreneurial approach to sales. These prepared him for the challenge of the always-shifting buyer and seller markets of South Orange County.
Todd had a financial advisor practice in the late 2000’s. There he learned, first-hand, how crucial it is for clients to have the right Real Estate investments as part of a well-rounded portfolio. It was during that time that he was called into full-time church ministry as a pastor and completed his seminary education. Passionate to help others, he then became involved in pastoral outreach for faith-based organizations Covenant Hills Recovery and New Life Beginnings home for at-risk women. Today, he and his wife serve in ministries at the church they attend in San Juan Capistrano. They love to garden together and he tries to hit the local mtn. biking trails as much as possible.

Looking back, Todd has been through roles and experiences that brought him to this industry. He believes that long-term success comes from a consistent practice of listening to clients needs and providing the proper guidance and execution throughout the buying and selling process.
