I’m not normally a review writer but I just have to praise Matt! Matt is amazing to work with! He really listens to his clients, what they want, what they need and why. He goes above and beyond to try and deliver all of your desires, in the usually unrealistic price range we all have;) he is super knowledgeable and has wonderful ideas on how to tweak the space to make it work for you. He Can explain all the hard to understand verbiage Simply and he’s an honest guy! Overall I can’t say enough good things about Matt. He’s definitely the kind of person you want to work with when searching and negotiating for real estate. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
