By the time I was referred to Hoda, I had been through 2 agents and had the house listed for almost a year. Several hurdles came up in that time and I finally had an offer on it to close by the end of June. I was impressed with the fact that she estimated the sale price exactly as much as the appraisal came in, suggested the perfect starting price point, suggested the right cosmetic changes and delivered on all her commitments. Going through this process as a first time home seller, I never gave too much thought to how much the agent matters, and always assumed the house would sell itself based on its own merit. I was dead wrong. You want an individual like this on your side. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and will use her again in the future for my real estate transactions. Good luck!
